Find the file <your anaconda root path>/envs/cdat81//bin/ferret_paths_template.sh , adapt it to your system, and source it before using pyferretOlivierLe 5 mars 2020 à 10:53, 'Manola, I.' via _OAR PMEL Ferret Users <ferret_users@xxxxxxxx> a écrit :Hello ferret people,
I have just installed PyFerret on my Mac computer in order to carry on working in Ferret like used to in my good old Linux system.
My issue is that now some GO files do not work unless if I am in the exact directory where they are downloaded. For example, if I do from any directory:
yes? go land 0**TMAP ERR: non-existent or not on lineSearched $FER_DESCR and $FER_DATA for geo_borders(.nc ,.cdf,.des,.agg)SET DAT/FORM=CDF geo_bordersCommand file, command group, or REPEAT execution aborted
While the geo_borders.cdf file exists and works well in my PyFerret/FerretDatasets-master/data/ directory.
Could you please tell me how could I make ferret see those files from any directory?
