Dear Ferret users,

I tried to list data from a NetCDF file to a binary file using the following command:

use HadCRUT.4.6.0.0.anomalies.100.nc

list/file="HadCRUT.4.6.anm.100.dat"/format=stream/i=1:72/j=1:36/L=1/clobber temperature_anomaly

I suspect that the data were not saved correctly, since the size of the data file is 20736 rather than 10368.

Is ferret writing double precision data?

Ferret version:

NOAA/PMEL TMAP

FERRET v6.93

Linux 2.6.32-504.el6.x86_64 64-bit - 11/13/14
