Hello Ferreters I have a running pyferret on python2.7 (used the tar file)on MacOSX High Sierra which works fine. I am trying to use the ferretmagic extension in Jupyter however, after loading the extension, it can not seem to be able to load any netcdf file. Although I can use go ptest and plot in jupyter. I get an error from jupyter;
yes? use levitus_climatology NetCDF: Not a valid ID (OPeNDAP/netCDF Error code -33) is this a CDF file ? How can I resolve this. I’d be grateful for any ideas.
