Hi Kirsty,
            There is no "one command" procedure to get a logarithmic color
key, but there are workarounds. Please have a look at following postings in 
the archive:

1. ../fu_2004/msg00442.html
2. ../fu_2004/msg00427.html

and this FAQ 

 ../../faq/2d-log-plots.html

The GO file described in 1. above will be a convenient solution, however,
you may have to modify it slightly according to your requirements.
