memory size

Dear ferreters,

I experience a problem of memory size when using functions about EOFs
(eof_space, eof_stat). I have a 2D spatial field of 35400 grid points
with 10121 non-missing (valid) points. This field is varaible over 183
days with a step of 1 day. Increasing memory size does not solve the
problem. I am running ferret v5.41 on RedHat 9.
Is there a solution?
